Heidi's style is to allow the buyer to make their own assessments looking at a property. If that suits your style, I highly recommend her. If you are looking for more of a "Guided tour", you might not find that with her. (Although maybe she just did a great job of reading me) The home buying process with Heidi was easy every step of the way, she's a great person to have on your team.
