I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos. Took it off the market and listed it again this year at a huge discount. One day our home furnace needed replaced at a substantial expense. That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.

Heidi was able to get our house listed and closed on within two months! In the current market we were very lucky to get our house turned around so quickly, especially when we were in a hurry to do so while also being very happy with our final offer we accepted. Even when our buyer had issues with a contingency, Heidi was able to keep things moving and get our home closed.
