We were first time sellers, and Heidi was so honest and forthcoming about everything. She helped us in every possible way and was all the time offering more assistance wherever we may need it--even in areas we didn't know about! Heidi could not have made the process any easier than she did, and she was so supportive the whole time. We always felt like we were on the same page with her and she made sure to ask if we had any questions, explaining everything along the way in terms we would understand.
