Dynamic, Tenacious, Great Communicator!

When our for sale by owner to a neighbor fell through at the very last minute, Heidi came in and picked up the pieces so that we could return to our home up north as planned. The market had just made a downward move due to higher and higher rates. Although our pool home was in A1 condition and very updated, traffic was light notwithstanding Heidi conducting several open houses. Heidi kept a positive attitude, went out of her way to keep up the exterior appearance while we were away and appropriately suggested a time to drop the price. There were a number of unusual issues that Heidi had to work through even though she originally thought this would be an easy sale. She was steadfast, communicative and confident throughout the process. We did learn that the dues rider is generally the best but it was early on and a 30 day ask to close while we were out of the country!! Looking back I know Heidi could have handled it all in her professional and determined manner. Heidi is your realtor if you want to work with a courteous, caring and successful agent!!
