Heidi was by far the best part of our house buying experience. We got her because she answered our late night request through Zillow. She had several houses set up for the next day. Took us to see them all with all the info readily available. She even brought cold drinks and snacks! She answered every call and text (there were many) or returned the call very quickly afterwards. She was available anytime, 7 days a week. No one works harder than Heidi! After our first house fell through, she set up many others and kept us informed of newly listed houses.
