A very professional agent

Heidi came highly recommended by a friend and we soon saw why. Our first meeting with Heidi was very informative as she effectively informed us of the current market and helped us decide on a price that was right for Stuart. Her first meeting step was arranging for photos of our condo and her photographer did an extraordinary photo shoot that really complimented our property. Throughout the listing we were immediately informed of upcoming visits and we were very happy with the amount of visits we received. In late April we left for Canada and Heidi took care of all the issues in Stuart. Once the sale took place she handled the Inspection report issues arranged for the necessary contractors to correct the issues identified in the report and all we had to do was to approve the payments. During the closing she was once again front and center which made our lives much easier. All in all we are very happy with the service that Heidi provided and we would immediately recommend her to any one wishing to sell their property
