Greta made our house look beautiful with her staging. Their photographer is an artist, he takes magnificent photos. Heidi's advice regarding selling our house was excellent. Heidi's a class act! I so appreciated how she utilized our time together. She was prepared with places to show and flexible to show me places I had seen online, too. She had answers to questions that I didn't even think to question because she knows the industry so well. Heidi's so down to earth it's easy to be yourself and together find the right home. It was a multi offer situation, and she really walked me through the process. I believe her negotiation skills made the difference in getting my offer accepted. Phenomenal! Heidi helped us with a cross country relocation house hunting trip. She took extra time for the month prior to our trip out west to find out what our needs were, and send us a steady list of example properties online. She was quick to answer questions about the area and property with a great deal of local expertise. The back and forth was informative, friendly and quite helpful. She was keen to do some extra leg work to avoid us wasting time on dud property that had misleading photos! During the actual trip, Heidi was attentive, flexible and clearly very knowledgeable of homes in general and the gig harbor/Tacoma area specifically. Helped us with the offer, inspection, closing and communication with seller which given the situation ( we are on other side of country and one of the sellers was out of the US) was extremely helpful. Would gladly recommend her to a family member, and would certainly business again!
