We were out of the state and worked with Heidi long distance, so we never actually met her in person. She helped us with the entire transaction and was in touch with our daughter throughout the process. We appreciate her work and couldn't have asked for better service.

We met Heidi Root by happenstance at a showing we had scheduled to view a prospective house. That house was not the right fit for us, but Heidi sure was. She proved herself to be knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all patient with us as we looked for several months for the right property. Heidi was extremely accommodating to our high risk family during covid and was quick to respond whenever we called or emailed. We recently closed on a beautiful home that ultimately checked all the boxes at a negotiated price below asking in a very strong sellers market, and Heidi has been especially helpful and responsive in resolving a post closing issue we've had with the sellers. We will most definately work with Heidi again for our future real estate transactions and we very highly recommend her.
