I cannot recommend Heidi Robbins highly enough

I cannot recommend Heidi Robbins highly enough. As an active-duty military family relocating cross-country from California to Virginia, we faced a challenging and potentially stressful remote home-buying process. Heidi was an absolute lifesaver. She has extensive experience working with military clients and a deep understanding of VA loans, which gave us immense confidence throughout our purchase in Fairfax. What truly set Heidi apart was her proactive approach and negotiation expertise. After our home inspection uncovered several items requiring attention—including pest remediation and roofing concerns—Heidi navigated the process expertly. She didn't just help us secure a significant seller credit; she worked closely with our lender to strategically apply that credit. Perhaps most impressive was her willingness to go above and beyond. Because we were still in California, we couldn't be there to meet contractors. Heidi acted as our eyes and ears, coordinating access for multiple vendors to ensure repairs were handled seamlessly before and after closing. She made a complex, long-distance transaction feel smooth and manageable. If you are looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, diligent, and truly advocates for her clients, look no further than Heidi Robbins.
