I had the pleasure of working with Heidi on a recent sale where she represented the buyer and I represented the seller on a unique, 20 acre property in Waterford, Virginia. There were many components to the sale that needed to be handled and Heidi was always wonderful with communication, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way! I appreciated the expertise she brought to the transaction and that she was always so pleasant, kind and positive every time we spoke, which was almost daily! Her client was very lucky to have her representing him and I was so appreciative of her attention to detail and level-headedness when it came to coming to agreements for all parties. I welcome the opportunity to work with Heidi again as this was one of the best transactions I have had in a long time!!
