Heidi Reiss is THE real estate agent to use if you are considering purchasing or selling a home in the Upper Valley of NH. She was recommended by a colleague and exceeded our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area (schools, restaurants, places to ski and have fun outdoors), honest, and patient. She never pushed us to look beyond our price range and was happy to allow us to spend as much time as we needed looking at homes. When she found us our dream home, she then put us in touch with a local mortgage broker and a lawyer making the process so easy. In addition to purchasing a home from Heidi last year, she recently sold an old family home for us as well. She did a wonderful job of marketing the property and it was visible in the local papers, local magazine publications, and through flyers sent by mail. She updated photos on the website to reflect the change of season and kept us informed after every showing. Heidi Reiss is a consummate real estate agent and a really nice person, too!
