Heidi advised us extremely well as we were overseas sellers and didn't know all aspects of selling in USA She put us in contact with the tax advisor and was really helpful with the sale as she did open house The house was sold within 2 days of open house at a price above asking Heidi also attended the signing over of the property As the property had been empty for so long due to covid Heidi went above and beyond to ensure the property was in good condition I would highly recommend Heidi and when we are looking to purchase another property we would contact her first

There were situations out of mine and Heidi’s control where I almost gave up. Heidi went beyond her scope to make this work. The mortgage company I chose was not the most experienced or customer friendly but Heidi did never got upset and several times had to comfort me. Her friendliness to me and others was a bright star in what could have had a different ending. Definitely would refer others to have her be their realtor . I just can’t say enough about her, all positive .

We had been considering selling our US home for some time, but as UK residents with little time to look at all the things required, we kept putting it off. However, after receiving a letter from Heidi offering her services as a realtor & speaking with her it all seemed a lot more doable! She then metaphorically walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond that of what was technically her job - including sweeping our driveway to appease the HOA! Whilst we did encounter a few hiccups along the way (par for the course) Heidi dealt with all issues calmly and as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend Heidi to anyone looking to sell their property - especially if you are an overseas investor like us.

Heidi is extremely helpful and professional. She helped us buy our first property in Orlando. Great communication and she always gave heads up and ask if there are anything we need from her. We were worried because this was our first time buying and we were out-of-state, but she made sure the closing and transition went very smooth and she help us to do final walkthrough and mail-away closing.
