There were situations out of mine and Heidi’s control where I almost gave up. Heidi went beyond her scope to make this work. The mortgage company I chose was not the most experienced or customer friendly but Heidi did never got upset and several times had to comfort me. Her friendliness to me and others was a bright star in what could have had a different ending. Definitely would refer others to have her be their realtor . We had been considering selling our US home for some time, but as UK residents with little time to look at all the things required, we kept putting it off.
