I had very specific needs…I wanted a condo in a specific building on a specific floor. I was willing to wait. We put one offer in and lost and after Heidi and Tracy sent our letters to the owners in the building telling them they had a buyer. 6 months later we got a response, saw the place and put in a contract. 5 months later we closed on the owners terms. It is our dream place. Thinking outside the box made this dream come true otherwise we still wouldn’t have the place!!!
