We hired Heidi to help us both sell and buy our homes. Heidi surpassed all our expectations of a realtor. She found us the home of our dreams and saved the deal several times along the way. It really pays off to hire a local person with so many community connections! At one point we needed a local septic expert to drop everything and come over for an estimate. He was booked out weeks, but he showed up for her. Every time the going got tough she called in a favor. It was truly impressive! She is dependable, professional and great at her job. We must have been told ten times how lucky we were to have her in our corner from everyone from inspectors to contractors. They were all exactly right. So glad we chose her!

I don't have experience with any other agents, but I don't see how it could be any better. We met Heidi at a random open house we decided to check out, and after talking with her for a bit, decided that we were going to work with her if we decided to move to the area. Initial good vibes, later solidified with excellence. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know a whole lot and Heidi patiently explained everything to us, more than once on some topics. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at helping you understand what she's talking about. Heidi also showed us enough houses to make me start feeling bad for taking up so much of her time without taking action on any of them. She never got fed up with us, and was quick to reassure that we would find the perfect place, even if we had to keep looking over and over and over again. She was also very honest with us. If she thought something stunk, she would let us know. She would also let us know if she thought we were missing out on something. The house we ended up purchasing was one I had initially passed on, but she insisted we go check it out, and she was right! It was awesome! She also knows EVERYBODY in the area. We kept asking questions about things and she always seemed to have some personal connection with the answers. It was very impressive, and gave confidence that she was the right person to work with in the area. As for all the business of making and offer and closing and all that fun stuff, Heidi made it incredibly easy for us. She set up all the inspections and pretty much took care of everything for us, we basically just had to sign. On top if it all, Heidi is just a very nice, cool, and genuinely good person. As a first time buyer we really had no clue on how to put in an offer or how to find out if a home was a good fit for us or not. At first we went with an agent I had never researched but I “thought” we had a good connection. She kept telling us we were going to lose every house if we didn't put an offer over asking price with every home we had a glimpse of interest in. We quickly then realized we weren't going no where and lost hope in finding a home in this high demand market. We then found Heidi Hart and decided to try searching a home one last time. We met her at her house and not only did she explain the home buying process crystal clear but she also pointed out things in a home that were good and bad. Heidi Hart really knows what she is doing . She is very smart and always responds very quickly. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. She would let us know if she was going to be unreachable for a couple of hours but she always found a way to communicate with us. We did see about 4 homes with Heidi and with every single one she gave us her honest opinion on our chances of getting the home in this high demand market and although it wasn’t always the best news to hear at least we wouldn’t get our hopes up on a house that was going to go past our price range. We actually only had to write 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Heidi's excellent work. She knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in the home buying process. She helped us through the whole process from beginning to end. Heidi is a excellent real estate agent and I highly recommend her to EVERYONE!
