Heidi is a terrific realtor! She's knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. My husband and I were certainly the case test for her patience. We thought we knew what we wanted - a condo in a certain area, not far from where we were living at the time. Anything else seemed disappointing. Then we started looking at condos. Nothing seemed to fit our image. They were by major roads, had decks that needed replacing or were too small. They all had a first floor master, but 2 upstairs bedrooms. So then we thought we'd look at ranches in the area. The ranches were either too small or too big. Finally, we were running out of time before we had to move out of our house and we went to an open house for a ranch, in an area we thought we didn't want to live in. We bid on it the same day, and closed a week later! Sometimes you don't know what you want until you see it!

My husband and I have purchased many homes over the years, moving 14 times in 40 yrs. I probably would only recommend a few of those agents that helped us to friends and family. Heidi being one of them. She was extremely patient with us, receptive to our needs, and always had time for us. She went above and beyond in a very competitive market that needed certain strategies.
