Heidi, I want to say thank you many times over for everything you did to make this sale go through. Your efforts are much appreciated. I sincerely wish for you that this was the most difficult sale you have in 2021. There were so many hoops to clear and you really went above and beyond and jumped through every one of them. And did it while giving cooking lessons no less and God only knows what else but I suspect a lot and then some. And maintained equanimity throughout.
