We have worked with Heidi for three years. Heidi generously and tirelessly worked with us to try to find a home we liked, even though we lived out of state and the inventory was very limited. She often went to homes to video chat with us. After awhile, we decided to have a custom house built. Heidi assisted us throughout the entire build process, communicating on our behalf and explaining real estate terms to us. She also helped us with some of the design decisions of the house. She even explained how fans are a big thing in Idaho, unlike where we come from. She often went to the home to video chat with us and send us photos as the build progressed. We appreciated working with Heidi because she was constantly proactive on our behalf throughout the entire process. She is also very kind, nice, and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her, and will not hesitate to use her again in the future. We are very happy with our beautiful new home.
Heidi is a true professional who knows her business. You will find her to have all the right connections making your sale/purchase or both fun and pleasurable. She is there for you as a seller or buyer listening to you the whole process, and is willing to invest in you the resources and time be it from getting your house ready to sell, searching for a new place, mortgage company, through closing. Heidi was seriously amazing and it felt like she went above and beyond with everything she did for us! We were out of state buyers and Heidi made it so easy for us. She was accommodating to viewing properties for us over FaceTime and was always willing to go view a home for us when we needed her to. She was available to answer our questions through text message all day every day. She felt like a friend of ours instead of just our realtor because we got along so well. When we visited the area in person, she was so patient with us wanting to view 100+ properties and did everything she could to get us as many on our list as she could.
