Heidi is great!!! She worked so hard with our limited schedule and time to find a house and answered millions of questions we had. The home we ended up purchasing she went out of her way to go look at it without us because we loved it so much and wasn’t able to make it. Heidi and I have worked together over 4 times in the past 12 years. Heidi helped us during the process of buying our first home, which at the time the market was very low and Heidi stayed with us for over 13 months showing us houses till we found the perfect one to fit our needs. Heidi has extreme patience and goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Few year later we needed to sell the house and find a new place to call home. We called Heidi again, selling a house is stressful and buying a new one at the same time and coordinating all of that into one smooth transaction is scary. Thanks to Heidi, the process went through better than I could have imagined. Heidi is always reachable and I never have to worry about 'when I'm going to hear back', she sets clear expectations of when to expect deliverables from all parties involved. A couple years later brings me to today, I'm 10 days removed from selling that last house and setting my self up in a situation to save and be ready to buy a new home at a market price I'm comfortable with. Side note: She doesn't just go out of the way to deliver for her client, but when selling the house she went extremely out of the way to give the buyer of my house an amazing place to call home.
