Near the closing date, a leak damaged the downstairs ceiling, but she got the seller to complete the repair and even to pay for the follow up visit by the appraiser! When the seller only gave us 5 days to get an inspection completed, I couldn't find a master certified inspector who could get it done in time. A call to Heidi and in 10 minutes she had a master certified inspector push another job out a week so he could get ours done in time! All the paperwork was done digitally, making for easy signing and quick countersigning. and she goes out of her way to be accessible, quickly answering texts, emails, and phone calls; and was always there to follow up any questions with detailed and clear answers.
