Aiding in helping our HOA to get buyers questions answered in a timely fashion was also a key effort made. Got our asking price and sold the house quicker than expected. Top shelf agent.

I totally recommend Heidi to help you find the home you are looking for as well as sell your home for you for top dollar. She did both for me in less than a year. I bought an old horse farm through her with did come with it's complications. She helped navigate through the issues which helped with a reduction in the sale price (honestly unheard of in today's real estate world), as well as had qualified people she worked with that ultimately after closing we really needed. Electricians, plumbers, contractor and lawyers etc. A true 5 star rating.
Heidi is bar none the best realtor I've worked with, being honest reasonable and knowledgeable. We had a very difficult sale of my home with septic issues and even a buyer backing out last minute but Heidi absolutely never lost her momentum with getting my house sold. I know this was not an easy task for her but she never led on that it was difficult and always had an amazing attitude in doing so. Any time I need another agent, Heidi will 100% be my first call. Highly recommend Heidi to find you the perfect home or to sell your home. She sold our house last year for 100k over asking in record time and found us the perfect farm we had been looking for for a great price. It was not easy because we had specifics we really wanted. Land!!, barns, water on the property all for a bargain price. LOL. I really did not feel we were going to be able to achieve that but she came through and was right on top of making sure our offer was where it needed to be. Even after the offer was accepted there were issues and she handled them with knowledge and professionalism. We finally closed last week and are super excited about this new home. Couldn't have done it without her. Definitely recommend.

We hired Heidi from a recommendation through the Rotary which we are a member of. We actually live on Long Island and were selling our vacation home in NJ and were looking for a referral because I felt the distance could lead to complications, miscommunications and issues all around. Ironically when I did my own search via the internet I chose her prior to meeting her to show to my husband based upon the reviews I had read. We signed with her the day upon meeting her. She was professional and seemed like a very hard worker. She knew the area and had been a realtor for a long time. We liked her and the fact her daughter worked with her. Our family works with us in our family business too-it's just nice to see. We listed the house and it sold after one open house. I know in today's market that may not be unusual but there were plenty of other homes around our area that were not that lucky. After contract there were a couple of issues we had to address and she even had her husband who owns his own construction company come and take a look to help us navigate what the inspector was coming up with. She then was able to help us hire a company that could take care of the issues very inexpensively. One thing on a character point I'd like to say-after spending the weekend cleaning and spot checking everything before the open house, we left to go back to Long Island and I realized I had left my wedding ring in a small box on my night table. We were almost home and I was so upset because the open house was the next morning early. We thought we would have to turn around and drive all the way back. I thought let me try Heidi. I called her and she went very early before the open house to get my ring to keep it safe until we came back the next week. So honestly not only is she an extremely good realtor but she is a very caring person to her clients. I would highly recommend her and her office.
