Trying to buy a vacation rental from the other side of the United States for our family to enjoy was challenging. Honestly, we didn’t know what we didn’t know. We started in one direction, exhausted all options and agents (who were more interested in enjoying their Labor Day weekend), when Heidi came to our attention… I actually cancelled a viewing we made with her and she responded quickly and kindly.
