Years ago our son worked with Heidi to purchase a condo, so when it came time to look for another property, we automatically turned to her. I remember from that experience the unique approach Heidi takes in doing her job. While I walked through properties looking at things from a "would I live here?" perspective, Heidi was in the basement sizing up the furnace, electrical system, checking for mold, etc. from the perspective of making sure the "bones" of the house were solid.
