Heidi went above and beyond to help me sell Palo Seco. It needed some work and she was able to assist. She also had the home virtually staged as well as other amazing ideas that helped it sell at the price I desired. I would recommend her to anyone and am actually using her again on some other properties I own. She ROCKS !!!!!

Heidi Cluck is my idea of an ideal real estate agent. She listened to my input, all of it, and helped me choose a sale price that was realistic, and had the unit sold in about one month. She is nice, personable, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She has a procedure of introducing the documents to be signed, in person first with explanations, before sending for e-signature. She also helped me, after the sale, by tactfully getting a little problem that arose after the closing solved. If I had another property in that area to sell, or were looking to buy, I would definitely call her. Could not be more satisfied with the whole process.
