Heidi goes all out!

Heidi Casdorph is such an amazing realtor. We bought our house with her 5 years prior and the selling process was just as smooth. She went above and beyond helping us get ready to sell, checking in on us and respecting our time making sure we could accommodate showings even with our baby’s naps. We were back and forth trying to figure out where we were headed after selling and she was SO amazing in exploring options with us. Heidi knows her stuff, with offers received and offers sent she was so helpful in explaining things over and over again until we could make sense of them. Not only is Heidi an experienced and knowledgeable realtor, she’s happy and excited to help out! She’s fun to be around and makes the process way less stressful. We recommend her to everyone!

Heidi is always so kind and extremely helpful!

Heidi was extremely helpful while we were selling our home. She was always so quick to answer any of our questions! She was always willing to chat over the phone or come to us if we needed to meet at any time of day. She even staged our home for us after we moved and were ready to get it listed. She was very helping when it came to any sort of negotiations with buyers and had great advice to give. Heidi is so kind and always made us feel like we were family!

Excellent Realtor!

Heidi was a great realtor and very helpful. She understood what we wanted and showed us some great homes. Once we were under contract, she stayed in constant communication with us and the seller's realtor and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. We'd recommend Heidi to anyone!

Wonderful agent

Heidi is amazing. I have worked with her twice now. Once to buy and house and the 2nd to sell my house. Both times she was insightful and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us, responded quickly, and very knowledgeable in her field. She is very professional and works quickly when needing answers or submitting offers on houses. Would definitely work again with her in the future.
