Heidi and her team did an excellent job of guiding me through the selling process. I needed contractors to upgrade my countertops, and make other improvements. She found reliable and reasonable contractors who were professional and timely. Of course, she kept me informed of all the progress and anything I needed to do. She updated me and used technology to make it an easy process and included me on showing status updates as well. Without her help, it would have taken much longer to sell my house and taken much more of my time tracking down materials and labor to complete the improvements that were needed. Would I recommend her? Without a doubt, yes! And she was right on target with the price I could expect as the market started to shift from last year's craziness.
