I hired Heidi on the spur of the moment. I was in town and a house I had planned on buying had fallen through. I called her and she took me out same day looking. We didn’t find anything on the market but I found a for sale by owner. I turned her onto it she took the reins contacted the owner negotiated a far lower price for me.
