Heidi Mackenbach is exceptional in so many ways. Her knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as of the local neighborhoods is unmatched. As a bonus, she is an avid and experienced gardener, so she could understand and describe the many features of our landscaped garden in exquisite detail. Her advice included an extremely accurate understanding of the current market, timing of our listing, how best to present our property, and also how to proactively address “weed trees” or “volunteers”, potential fire hazards such as branches overhanging roof shingles, and tall grasses in one patch.
