This was our first home purchase and when just the thought was coming up with starting on this journey, we found an AD in our building and we proceeded to e-mail Heidemarie. Within the hour she responded with great interest and enthusiasm and we set up a meet-and-greet the following day. From then on, the process was a breeze as we all know how stressful buying a home can be. Heidemarie was reassuring, professional, knowledgable, understanding, and patient. She is passionate and knowledgable when it comes to the real estate market and that was important to us because we did not want someone that did this for extra cash. She would not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. Communication with Heidemarie was also great. She was prompt and always available whether it be via e-mail, text, or phone call.
