Hector Saavedra

From the beginning, Hector was high touch and thoughtful about every step of the process and assisting in more ways than ever when compared to traditional agents. Moving out-of-state, we had concerns about how complicated it might become trying to manage the sell and related activities of our former home in CA. Hector was always in constant contact feeding us information and updating along the way; we never once had to chase him for information/updates. Hector was a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him in every regard!

Hector and Reliance Real Estate Services helped us find our dream home. The process from discovery to closing escrow was seamless, and Hector made additional efforts to address unresolved issues after we moved in without hesitation. It's obvious that their love of their community is an asset to their knowledge of the market.
