As this was not my primary home and I lived out-of-state, Hector facilitated getting the appropriate qualified resources to address the issues. He always went above and beyond in getting and managing the contractors who worked with me. He was always in communication with and accessible to me. Hector was on top of it all! He was never performative but always made me feel he was truly in the process with me. He kept me abreast of everything, considered my opinions, and gave his recommendations when asked. Simply stated, Hector is the best! Hector was an A-1 agent and, as we got closer to the sale of the home, the agency staff that I worked with were very professional, respectful and friendly too. They were prompt in responding to my questions and assisted with my needs, e.g., IT issues, completion of forms, etc. In summary, Hector and the agency staff are highly knowledgeable, responsible, respectful, accommodating and caring professionals. Hector used these qualities and his skills to achieve the very best outcome regarding the preparation and sale of my home.
