My thoughts on Hector Ferran. I feel He went too hell and back for us we went through a lot of issues and he was just a phone call away no matter the time he came to help us all the way to closing .
Where do I begin?! From the very first time meeting with Hector I was impressed! He was informative, knowledgeable and honest! His honesty, transparence and positivity was the most important qualities for me. He sat with me for over two hours answering every question I had and offered a wealth of knowledge to a process I didn't fully understand at that moment. He was always available via phone call, text or email at any given time. When it came to minor home repairs and improvements, not only did he help me around the house with that, he had a "guy" to call to do the job if it was something we couldn't do (like roof repair). After staging the home it went on the market on a Monday, we had 10 showings the next day which Hector stayed all day for and we were under contract by Wednesday! Hector was present for every step of the process it takes to sell a house. He went above and beyond which is very rare in this day and age to find. If you want the best realtor in town, he is it!
