Hector is the best! Last spring, we found an incredible house for sale and made an appointment to view it with Hector. At the end of the viewing I told Hector that we wanted to make an offer, but the bad news was that we were in no position to do so. Our current house was not even on the market. Hector hustled to make it happen. In exactly seven days our house was staged, photographed, listed, we accepted a generous cash offer, and our offer on the new house was made and accepted. It was a lot to have happen in one week, but Hector made it happen. He was readily available for any question throughout the process and advocated for us until the very end.
