Heba Rayan

My husband and I are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Heba while purchasing our first home. We met Heba at an open house, and we instantly felt a connection with her. While we didn't end up putting an offer in on that home, we did build a relationship with Heba. She is so easy to work with! She provides ample information/education, but is never pushy and allows you to make decisions for yourself. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was so patient with us. We would spend over an hour walking through a house with her, but she never rushed us. Heba works hard! She responded to everything quickly and would get appointments set up efficiently. She goes above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of her assistance! We absolutely love our new home and we're so glad we got to work with her to accomplish this goal!

Integrity, honest, personable, organized, professional, and devoted are just a few words that come to mind when describing Heba Rayan. You may or may not have noticed her walking in our Dublin neighborhoods, going door to door and handing out her flyers, You will see her smiling and greeting people with her unforgettable friendly personality. I was ready to interview many real-estate agents to choose the "right" and hopefully "professional" person for the sale of our home. Once we spoke with her, there was absolutely no reason to look any further. Heba possesses every quality I was looking for in a professional realtor. She has been there for us throughout every step of the process. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I am a tough customer because, I believe in customer service and you either have it, or you don't. Heba embodies it and she is truly the total package. If you are going to pay someone for selling your home, don't you want someone whose work ethic is unmeasurable and goes above and beyond your expectations? We listed our home during the Covid-19 Pandemic. So, you can imagine how much more stressful this was with all the restrictions that were placed on selling a home during this time. Heba problem solved and came up with a safe approach for everyone involved. She sold our home within a week... with multiple offers, over asking, and no contingency. She is masterful at negotiations. I asked Heba if I could write something about her. I wanted to tell others about how impressed we are with her. I am a hometown girl, living in Dublin for 56 years, and working for the Dublin Unified School District. Our children were raised in Dublin and I have met a lot of people through the years. I believe that referring the people who you love and care about is the highest compliment I could give her.
