Working with Heather was great, I couldn’t have asked for anything more for the most part. I didn’t live in the area, and she helped answer all kinds of questions for me that go along with buying a house. She was also very good at responding to text questions and she had a lot of good area knowledge. If I ever bought another place in Florida, I would definitely use her again.

Confidence, professionalism, and patience are traits she exudes. I loved that she’d walk you through a house at your pace, then give you time to re-explore. Heather was with me every step of the buying process, from viewing houses, touring them, getting me documents, finding me resources, preparing a document with all the utilities of the house I was purchasing, made calls on my behalf, and attended the closing-which in her case wasn’t necessary due to Covid and the Sellers closing at a different time of day. I am the third sibling to work with Heather and we have all had a positive and happy experience with her. I know you will also.
