Buying a house in another state, on the opposite coast, right after a pandemic when things were just starting to reopen...was not an easy task. Lucky for us we found Heather Wooten with eXp Realty, Inc. From the beginning we let it be known we were only coming to TN to look, and wouldn't move until the beginning of 2022. Heather could have ignored us or told us to contact her when we were closer to wanting to move, but she didn't, she worked with us and understood our reasoning. We flew out in March of 2020 for 5 days, we looked at houses and areas. A few days later we put our deposit on a lot in a new development with an anticipated closing date of Dec. 2021.
