Heather was great from the start. We called her late one afternoon to see a property and it was scheduled the same night. She really listened to what we wanted in a home and those properties were the only ones we visited, which dramatically reduced unnecessary tours. She negotiated in our best interest once we did offer and followed through all the way to closing. She has such a calm demeanor and follow through. This is the 8th house we have bought and sold. Best experience yet.
