About five years ago, we decided to make our home in Arizona. A good friend suggested we contact Heather, she spent all the time we needed to find our home, we settled in Sunbird Golf Resort in Chandler. Only months after settling in we move into another home , on the golf course this time with a much better view. Heather and company managed our first home as a rental for us for almost 4 years. We are getting older and want to travel, time to cash in our investment rental home. With a call to Heather she was there for us once again listing our house, having open house and by end of a two month period we had a buyer & closed on the sale. Heather was a great in handling the sale of our home. She is a giving person and a great advocate in representing the home owner.
