Not sure where to even start - Heather was amazing. This was my first time using a realtor for a purchase, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I really needed someone who new the area, was willing to educate me on all the realtor stuff, and go to bat for me throughout the purchase. I also needed someone in the "driver seat" to understand what I was looking for and take it from there. I'm very busy and couldn't spend a lot of time doing homework on homes. Heather was all of these things. There was rarely anything she didn't know - whether it was scheduling inspections, what to expect during underwriting, special state codes/laws regarding the purchase, etc. If there was something she didn't know (again - rare) she had the answer to me within a day. She even took time out of her vacation to respond to some time-sensitive matters. Overall, my experience was an 11/10. I would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone and everyone.
