We received excellent help and attention from Heather VanderMyde to sell our Ocean Front property in Corolla, Outer Banks, NC. Our family has enjoyed the house and its location for many years. We were not very happy to let it go but it was time! We searched for a well known and successful realtor in Outer Banks area and Heather's name showed up. We contacted her and she responded very promptly. We listed the house for sale with her company, Coldwell Bankers and her as our listing agent. She recommended a price to list, based on comparable properties. House was on the market for sale for a day, we received an offer. Heather navigated us through negotiations through out the procedures till we closed the transection. We knew, we could trust her, as well as depend on her recommendations. Most of the time, she promptly responded to our phone calls/emails. In case she was busy, we always could contact her assistant Ms. Saska who was of a great help in responding to our inquiries. We have been extremely happy and satisfied with the whole transection. If we ever needed another Realtor in OBX, we would call Heather again. We highly recommend her, and are very thankful for her service to us.

I would highly recommend Heather and her team to list or purchase on the OBX. Heather and her team do an excellent job staging the house for pictures and videos. And best yet the communication between us was fantastic using Voice, email and text.
