I’m going to say Dave Luzi is a “wizard” when it comes to Litchfield County Real Estate. Since he grew up in this area; he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table when you’re making your decision to buy or sell real estate. He helped me in buying my house as well as selling my house here in Litchfield. His vast knowledge in real estate made these transactions fully seamless and I would highly recommend him for any real estate transactions in this area.

We moved to the area in May of 2024 and decided to rent while looking for the right home. My landlord referred me to Heather knowing that I was looking for a personable realtor who was very familiar with the area. Heather did not disappoint and was very kind and patient with our needs. We were also 36weeks pregnant when we met Heather and didn't quite know if we wanted to build a new construction home, or buy an existing home. We went back and forth, all the while Heather stood by us and gently guided us through the process. She was very knowledgeable about the area, was well organized and quickly investigated specific questions we had on specific properties and lots. We initially decided on building a new construction, and got very close to inking a contract, before deciding it wasn't the right fit for our young and growing family. Heather was extremely helpful through all of it, and helped us pivot while we looked for the right resale. We ultimately found our home in the Woodridge Lakes community. Heather was there through every step, which included multiple showings, walkthroughs, late night phone calls, the inspection, etc. We highly recommend Heather to anyone looking to purchase new a new home. Not only was she a great realtor, but we feel as though we've made a dependable friend in the area!
