Heather held our hand and guided us through the entire process in a professional manner. She got top dollar for our townhome in a matter of days!!! She was hands on with staging and making sure all photos showed the house to it fullest potential and it paid off! We have now used he awesome negotiation skills in a sell and purchase! We looked at a few places and she helped me to figure out what I like and don't like. She was very honest with me about what might be a good deal and what wasn't.
