From the initial contact with Heather, she made everything extremely easy. It was our first time selling a house and she made it feel like a breeze. She was attentive and always followed up to everything. She never assumed we knew anything and always made sure to explain everything that we needed. She came into our house and had many wonderful ideas for how we can stage it and had wonderful ideas about small things to adjust if we wanted to for showing. She listened to what we wanted out of an offer and made sure to make it happen. I truly believe because of her our house sold as quick as it did with multiple offers. Once the house was sold, Heather continued to follow up and check in to make sure we took the correct steps and planned for what next. I know I will definitely be using her as my realtor in the future because she truly is genuine and takes the time to get to know her clients and what they want and need.
