Heather Smith goes above and beyond every expectation you could imagine! Heather has helped me buy and sell 2 houses and I would never ever even consider another agent. She has amazing communication, expert knowledge of the industry and the will to assist every hour of the day or night! If you're scared of crawl spaces, fear not, Heather will dive right in there in the mud for you right under a house and inspect it because she actually cares about the quality of the properties she sells to her clients, trust me she has done it for me at a million different houses. Her is 100% committed to her clients and will go to bat for whatever your needs are as a home buyer or seller and will 100% make sure you are satisfied and happy with everything. Heather made the process of buying and selling a complete ease and hassle and stress free as can be!! She is super professional and definitely a people person. Moat people think realtors are out for getting the most money they can but when you work with Heather it's very easy to see that she cares more about helping out her clients and making sure her clients are getting a quality home.
