Heather helped me purchase a home in Orlando while I was located remotely. She lined up all of the homes I wanted to see and was flexible to fit within my compressed timeline. When I wanted to see more homes she took her phone to conduct a virtual walkthrough for me. She was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful.
The homebuying process, I learned can be pretty stressful. I learned also good realtor makes all the difference! Luckily the smoothest part of the process for me was having a great realtor. In stressful situations it really helped having a cool,calm and laid-back realtor helping me through the process. I never questioned her knowledge or guidance along the homebuying journey. She went out of way more than once when situations came up and handled them for me when I wasn’t able to which was much appreciated.I don’t plan on buying another home any time soon but if I did I would definitely reach out again to Heather!
