Heather was knowledgeable about the market and trends, she never pressured us at all, yet she was available for phone calls, texts and emails all the time. She was patient in explaining real estate terms and papers I was unfamiliar with. Heather advocated for my family both for the purchase of our out of state new home and the sale of the house we listed with her. She was ethical and professional working with different agents and title officers. She was understanding that our goal was list priced to sell and I felt her support in that decision.
