Heather helped the reviewer sell this property

Heather Rodebaugh is a consumate professional who is extremely affable and personable.

Heather did her due diligence by researching the comps and then advising me of what the market would bear. The property that was being sold was a rental property. Heather made suggestions that focused on curb appeal and increased marketability of the property. Her innate knowledge of the market helped to sell the property very quickly. We discussed the negotiable areas prior to listing the property and we received a fair offer within two weeks of going live. I have several more properties to sell and Heather Rodebaugh will continue to be my agent to get me to the finish line.
