Always Ready to Go

Absolutely hands down was the number one realtor in the area. As any of you buying or selling a home realize, you're bombarded by agents almost instantly up on leaving your name or email anywhere. Heather was pretty close to the first to call me back, but she was the only one that repeatedly called me back to get more information on what she needed to find for me. The house I ended up purchasing was one I had overlooked multiple times due to poor pictures, but her knowledge of the area, her understanding of what I wanted, and her previous footwork for other clients led me to the house I currently purchased. My closing took nearly 4 months due to my lender. During that time I consulted with Simon, Heather's usual broker, multiple times. Her entire team is put together and as soon as the next step in the process was ready, I knew about it from her. She had my back when my lender didn't.
