Heather helped get me through a difficult escrow that at first was delayed because of funding issues with the first mortgage lender related to HOA-related issues. She suggested we go with a lender in the same town as the property I was purchasing. That was an excellent suggestion and all ended smoothly with closing once he took over the lender approval process. Heather was helpful when I needed local tasks done that I could not do, since I was living in another state during the escrow process.
