Let me start by saying that being a first time home buyer doesn't have to be a daunting experience! When you think of buying a home you think of the paperwork, the hassles of finding that perfect home, etc...Working with Heather showed my wife and I that it can be an amazing and pleasant experience! From day one she was very honest and was able to help us put in an offer that was more than fair and guided us through the entire process. There's so many little things that go into purchasing a home and she took the time to explain everything. We had some issues getting the mortgage and Heather went above and beyond and helped negotiate with the buyer to keep the home off the market while we get lending figured out. As you may find out - there's tons of realtors out there but not all are created equal.
