Heather was point on when choosing a selling price for our house. She gave us advice when it was time to stage the house. Heather didn’t “keep us in the dark” regarding the market, offers made, and the progress of the showings. She is very pleasant and trustworthy.
Where do we start? Heather is absolutely approachable, professional, pays attention to the details, is organized, puts on a fabulous open house and is a straight shooter. We always knew exactly where things stood with the sale of our home. Heather practices excellent communication and followup response time to our inquiries was outstanding. All this is delivered in a casual, friendly manner; it's like working with a good friend. We found ourselves in a pickle after a FSBO deal fell through.Heather sprung into action and our home was listed in a matter of a few days. She took care of absolutely everything. If you need a realtor or would like to recommend one, go no further, you can depend on Heather. If we ever find ourselves in need of a realtor in the future, there will be no hesitation in calling upon her again.
Heather was a delight to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. There were no surprises. Her research and instincts were spot on. Most importantly she immediately saw all of the things I had loved about the house I was selling, and I instantly knew she was the right realtor for the job.
We had been searching for two years for our new home. Once we found Heather, it was like magic! We found our home shortly after starting to work with Heather and then sold our previous home with her. Heather is an absolute professional and was so fun to work with. She would drop anything to help us or answer our (probably annoying) questions. She was patient and kind. She gave great advice and everything went as smooth as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather to any/everyone!
